The owners’ accommodation is a three bedroomed Vendéen longère 130m². It comprises of lounge with log burner, modern kitchen and utility room, 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, shower room, and store room. It has it’s own private rear garden with large sized vegetable plot. At the end of the house is a superb spacious office presently used as a reception area with existing oak beams to the ceiling. Alternatively this room could easily be used as a dining room, extra bedroom to the house, or it could be converted to a small holiday let to provide added income. With the advantage of having it’s own private entrance and en-suite bathroom there is also the possibility to utilise the end bedroom as a B&B, providing a further rental opportunity.

2 ½ hours drive from the ferry port at St Malo, 4½ hours from Caen. Nantes airport is a 50 minute drive.
